What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, organisation, work email, the topic you select, and any procurement priority or message you choose to include. Please do not send confidential contracts, sensitive procurement data or unnecessary personal information.

How your enquiry is handled

The form sends your details to Netlify Forms, the service used by this website. Netlify stores submissions in the Prudexo site account, where authorised account users can review them. Netlify screens submissions for spam using automated filtering. Netlify is based in the United States, so your enquiry may be stored and processed outside Australia. We use your details to respond to your enquiry and any related follow-up. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Your choices

You can email hello@prudexo.com instead of using the form. To ask what information we hold from your enquiry, correct it, request deletion or stop related follow-up, contact the same address.

Website connections

Netlify hosts this public website and may process routine connection information, such as your IP address and requested pages, to deliver it. The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Its font and introduction video are served from the site rather than a third-party video embed.

Website security

The website is served only over HTTPS, and its pages may load scripts, styles and media only from prudexo.com. To report a security issue, email hello@prudexo.com. Our security contact file has the same details for security researchers.
